South London school places by text

PARENTS are set to discover where their children will go to secondary school by town hall text message tomorrow (Tuesday).

Thousands of South London kids will learn which secondary they will attend in the autumn.

Today (Monday) town halls are launching a massive operation to inform residents where their kids will be taught by text message for the first time.

Children and parents are asked to rank six schools in order of preference.
